This recipe has liquid caramel.

Ingredientes :

  • 120 grams of cream of marc Sierra del Oso
  • 100 grams of liquid caramel
  • 380 grams of condensed milk
  • 7 medium eggs
  • 1 liter of water
  • 345 grams of evaporated milk


Once you have gathered all of these ingredients, follow the steps below:

Place both the pomace cream and the evaporated milk, eggs and condensed milk in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Program at speed 10 / 3 minutes.

Pour some liquid caramel into some cake pans and then pour in the contents of the mixing bowl. Cover the cake pans with aluminum foil and place them in the Varoma, which is placed in the Thermomix.

Clean the jar and add the water. Program at speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.

Let the cake layers cool and then put them in the refrigerator.

They should be in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half before you remove them from the mold and serve.
