Banana pancakes

Tender pancakes with bananas are quick and easy to make. Their wonderful banana flavor will call the whole family to the table! They make a wonderful breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • Banana – 1 piece.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Egg – 1 egg.
  • Flour – 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Sunflower oil (for frying) – 1 tablespoon

Step by step recipe Banana Pancakes:

Prepare all the necessary products for the banana pancakes.

In a bowl beat the egg, add sugar and salt.

Beat the egg with a whisk until the egg, sugar and salt are frothy.

Peel the banana, cut it into circles directly into the bowl with the egg mixture.

Using a fork or the same whisk, mashed potato chopped banana flesh until mashed. You should have a maximally homogeneous banana-egg mixture.

Pour room temperature milk into the banana and egg mixture and stir.

Now add the sifted flour. Mix the dough again until homogeneous. It should be pouring, like a classic pancake batter. If the batter is thick, add more milk, if it is thin, add more flour.
Let the batter stand for 10 minutes.

Fry banana pancakes in a frying pan which has been heated and greased with sunflower oil.

Banana pancakes should be fried on both sides until unevenly golden, under a lid, over medium heat.

I made 8 pancakes with a diameter of 17 cm.

The banana pancakes are ready to serve.
